I Need a Vacation!!

VACATIONS, fun times growing up right?  I mean you stayed in nice hotels, went to places you never seen, and got to eat lots of good foods.  Whether it was a water-park trip, family trip to the east coast, or just a quick getaway to Texas or Arkansas; I genuinely enjoyed traveling growing up.  Now do not get me wrong, I love traveling even more as an adult; however, I hate the planning process 🤪. As a kid, my responsibility was to pack my bag and make sure I did not get left anywhere lol.  Nowadays, I (wifey really lol) must research, plan, book, rent, etc. It is too much lol. I just want to wake up, pack, and make sure I don’t get left behind 🤷. As a child, vacations were limited to only summers & holidays.  I do enjoy the fact that I can potentially plan a nice getaway at anytime in adult land (prior to this whole Corona-virus 🙄).  Whether childhood or now, I still enjoy the day before leaving on vacation.  As a kid, I made sure all my friends knew not to come by lol.  At work, I make it known to not schedule any meetings because I will be OOO (out of office) lol. I still walk away the same as I did as a kid when I am leaving for vacation carefree and like this:
